Workshops are interactive, instructor‑led, and accessible via video conferencing platforms to allow participation from any location.
02 — Personal Development & Skill‑Building Courses
Self‑paced and guided online courses designed to help participants build confidence and independence, including:
Time management and routine building
Resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace readiness
Financial literacy and budgeting basics
Mindfulness, journaling, and emotional awareness practices
Participants may complete coursework independently or with support from program facilitators.
03 — Virtual Peer Support Circles
Facilitated online peer groups that create community and accountability in sobriety. These sessions allow participants to:
Share experiences in a supportive, judgment‑free space
Build sober social connections
Practice healthy communication
Receive encouragement from others on similar recovery paths
Faith based led groups are available through NLC
Groups may be topic‑based or open discussion–oriented and facilitated by trained recovery support staff.
04 —One‑on‑One Virtual Coaching & Check‑Ins
Individual virtual sessions offered to participants who benefit from personalized support. Coaching sessions may focus on:
Recovery goal planning
Navigating life transitions
Exploring new hobbies, interests, and sober routines
Creating structure and accountability in daily life
These sessions offer flexible scheduling to meet participants where they are.
